Where they were

A busy repair workshop run by a small team, all of them overrun with office admin — manual paperwork, booking spreadsheets, paper-based accounts and invoicing, deliveries and customer service all managed by hand.

What I did

After a thorough look at how the workshop really ran, we brought their many systems into one simple flow — streamlined, working in harmony, with nothing re-typed twice.

The difference

The team saves around three admin hours a day — more time for the practical workload, better customer service, and a happier workshop all round. It was also the idea that grew into the tools we build now.
