Your information, in plain English.

Darkstar Design is run by Damon Randall. I keep this simple, because I don't do anything sneaky with your details.

When you get in touch

If you fill in the contact form, I'll see your name, your business, a rough budget and your message. I use it for one thing: to reply to you and talk about your project. I don't sell it, I don't share it, and I don't add you to any mailing lists.

When you describe what's slowing you down

On the Brief page, what you type is sent to an AI service, Anthropic's Claude, which writes the first sketch you see. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, what is sent through its API isn't used to train its models, and it keeps it only for a limited time under its own policy. Please don't put your customers' personal details, or anything sensitive about you or your family, in it.

Nothing is stored on this website. If you choose to send your brief, I get it by email, with your name and email address and, if you add it, your phone number, so we can talk. I use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Google Calendar and held on Google Meet, so Google handles the details you give it when you book, under its own privacy policy.

Visits to this site

I use privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages are useful — counts and trends, not tracking you personally. No creepy ad cookies.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, any time — just email damon@darkstardesign.co.uk and I'll sort it.
