Where they were
A busy flying club with 563 active members, run on an antiquated website with much of the admin managed by hand. The committee are volunteers — and managing memberships, sensitive personal data and the paperwork of a busy club was becoming overwhelming.
What I did
We built a platform that automates the lot — subs, member details, membership admin and accounts — leaving the committee free to look after their members and grow the club, while everyone's personal data stays private and safe.
The difference
Such a success it featured in the club world's national magazine — and it's now being opened up so other clubs around the country can use it.
